Tom Willoughby Ltd Secures North Yorkshire Council Framework Extension for Hard Facilities Management and General Building: Responsive Maintenance Services
North Yorkshire Council (NYC) has granted Tom Willoughby Ltd an extension to its framework contract for responsive and planned maintenance services. This extension ensures the continuation of essential general building repair work across all North Yorkshire Council owned properties throughout 2025 – 31st January 2026.
Tom Willoughby Ltd is proud to support NYC in maintaining a diverse portfolio of properties, including schools, elderly care homes, libraries, offices, and leisure centers. These vital services span the entire county of North Yorkshire, ensuring that public facilities remain safe, functional, and welcoming for the community.
Originally awarded the framework in 2020, Tom Willoughby Ltd successfully delivered high-quality maintenance over the initial two-year term. A first extension in 2023 for works to be carried out in 2024 recognized the company’s commitment to excellence, and this second extension reflects NYC’s continued confidence in the firm’s capabilities.
Darren Johnson, Managing Director of Tom Willoughby Ltd, commented:
“Over the past four years, we’ve been honoured to deliver a wide range of high-quality projects for North Yorkshire Council. This second extension is a testament to our team’s dedication and expertise. We’re thrilled to continue supporting NYC in maintaining facilities that play such a vital role in the lives of our local community.”
