We currently undertake the general response maintenance and PPM tasks for Catterick Garrison and RAF Leeming, handling more than 31,000 jobs a year. We also handle all project works up to £100,000 and tender for works above this, up to and including in excess of £2 million.
Our work has ranged from projects covering anything from refurbishment works to plant room upgrades, to new builds and extensions, for both Vivo Defence Services and Landmarc, on both the training estate and built estate.

The unique nature of working within the defence sector requires that we maintain our health and safety standards at the highest level, this allows us to achieve a safe working environment.
The onus of making everyone safe falls fairly on the shoulders of the construction team and encouraging safe practice amongst the young people is an important part of achieving this.

We are members of the Considerate Constructors Scheme and have been national award winners, evidencing our performance under the Code of Considerate Practice.
In 2019 Tom Willoughby were presented with a Gold Award, which accompanies the ‘Most Considerate Company Runner Up’ for projects between £250k and £3.5 million which we received in 2018.
Each individual site is independently inspected to measure compliance within the criteria of site appearance, respect for the community, protecting the environment, securing everyone’s safety and care for the workforce.
