Extension & Refurbishment to Volkswagen Blackburn

The works completed for the prestigious Lookers Group involved the internal refurbishment of the building and the creation of an extension to the showroom creating a modern and comfortable environment for customers.

The fitting extension achieved a brighter place for staff and customers a-like, whilst the internal overhaul helped to renew the building, creating a showroom which invites the customer in with its warm ‘Customers Lounge’ and insightful ‘Viewing Platform’.

Refurbishment of Audi Harrogate

This project comprised of an internal refurbishment to both the showroom and office areas of the existing Audi dealership.

The scope of works also comprised of subsequent alterations and construction works to form the new showroom extension and new workshop.

We refurbished the existing valet bay and workshop creating new handover bays as well as a new external used car display area and valet bay extension.

Due to the works fully affecting the offices and showroom we set up a temporary village including offices, W/C’s and car showroom for the duration of the project to enable the dealership to remain fully functional.

Refurbishment of Mercedes-Benz Harrogate

This project comprised of a full refurbishment to the existing showroom and offices with an extension to the first floor/mezzanine area, all of which incorporated Mercedes-Benz latest corporate styling and vision.

External works comprised of alterations to kerb lines, areas of block paving, new signage and the construction of a retaining wall.

Works also comprised of the creation of new parking areas and access road, refurbishment and alteration works to the existing Showroom and office accommodation on both the ground floor and first floor.

In 2019 Tom Willoughby were presented with a Gold Award, which accompanies the ‘Most Considerate Company Runner Up’ for projects between £250k and £3.5 million which we received in 2018.

Each individual site is independently inspected to measure compliance within the criteria of site appearance, respect for the community, protecting the environment, securing everyone’s safety and care for the workforce.

We regularly visit local schools and colleges to raise awareness of the dangers of construction sites and involve the school children in interactive activities.
